At Club Nine, the vibe is everything — and these are the standards that protect it.
1. Membership & Entry
- Invite-Only — Entry is a privilege earned through our vetting process, not assumed.
- Your membership is yours alone — It’s non-transferable. Guests who haven’t been pre-approved by our team may not attend.
- Vetting — Every applicant is personally reviewed. We prioritise chemistry, character, and etiquette over numbers.
2. The Golden Rule: Consent
This one’s simple — and non-negotiable.
- “Yes” means yes. Anything less means no. Enthusiastic, ongoing consent is the foundation of everything that happens here.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any moment, for any reason, without explanation. Respect it immediately and gracefully.
- We are a zero-pressure space. Watching is always welcome. Hovering, pestering, or repeatedly approaching someone who has declined will result in immediate removal — no discussion.
3. Privacy & Discretion
What happens at Club Nine stays at Club Nine. We take this seriously.
- All phones and recording devices are surrendered on arrival and stored securely for the evening. No exceptions.
- Discretion extends beyond our doors. Any breach of a fellow member’s privacy or identity — online or offline — will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.
4. Health, Hygiene & Safety
Come prepared. Come clean. Come ready to take care of each other.
- Personal grooming and hygiene are expected to an impeccable standard.
- Protection is mandatory for all penetrative encounters. Premium condoms and lubricants are provided throughout the venue.
- Our venue is deep-cleaned before and after every event. All towels are single-use and disposable.
5. Alcohol, Smoking & Substances
- BYO only — For everyone’s safety, no glassware is permitted on site. All spirits and mixers must be brought in cans.
- Drink responsibly. Visible intoxication impairs consent and disrupts the atmosphere. Guests who are excessively inebriated will be asked to leave.
- Zero tolerance for illicit substances — possession or use will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban.
- Smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor area only. Please ensure you are fully clothed before stepping outside.
6. Arrival & Etiquette
- Entry windows are strictly enforced. Once doors close for the evening, no further entry is permitted — this protects the flow and intimacy of the night.
- Dress code: elegant. Outerwear must be removed before heading upstairs.
- The Together Rule — If a couple attends and the female partner chooses to leave, her male partner leaves with her. No exceptions.
- Food and drinks stay downstairs in the lounge area. Only light-coloured drinks — beer, champagne, or white wine — are permitted on site. Red wine and coloured drinks are not allowed.
7. Cancellations & Practical Notes
- Cancellations made 3+ days before an event are eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee, or a 6-month event credit.
- Cancellations within 3 days of an event (including the day) are non-refundable.
- Valuables — Club Nine assumes no liability for lost or stolen items. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
- Accessibility — Please note our venue is a residential house-style layout with stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
